Landside Civil and Building Works

Landside Civil and Building Works

Early construction works are underway on the gateway that will welcome passengers to Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport after the contract was awarded to AeroWest, a joint venture between BMD Constructions and Seymour Whyte Constructions.

The Landside Civil and Building Works package involves the design and construction of carparks, roads, bridges, utilities connections, operational building and landscaping. The contract is expected to create more than 700 direct jobs and many more indirect jobs through flow-on benefits to suppliers and the local economy.

Western Sydney Airport and its contractors are committed to keeping the community and other stakeholders updated on construction as it progresses. We welcome your feedback on this project and other aspects of the airport construction via the contact details at the bottom of the page.
