Proposals for large development projects at Western Sydney International Airport are approved by the Australian Government as a Major Development Plan (MDP). Below are the MDPs that have been approved at WSI.
Business Precinct Stage One
This MDP covers the first stage of the Business Precinct at Western Sydney International Airport. It is a precinct-based MDP that includes a concept plan for the overall development of stage one of the Business precinct, along with plans for a warehouse, bulky goods development, and hotel with conference facilities, café and gym. The MDP was approved on 15 November 2023.
