Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) is on track to open in 2026 and will be Sydney's first curfew free airport.

With 24/7 operations and freedom from regulated movement caps, your airline will soon have the choice and the operational efficiencies you need at a new airport to Australia’s international gateway, Sydney.

There is less than 20% of the airport build remaining, and working with our customers to deliver an enjoyable customer experience when they catch their first flight from WSI in 2026.

Strong domestic network across Australian cities

The first domestic services at Sydney's new airport have been confirmed, with the Qantas Group announcing up to 15 narrowbody aircraft will operate from WSI. These aircraft will carry more than four million passengers on 25,000 flights in the first year.
