Registration of Interest for Retail Opportunities at WSI
The purpose is to provide for interested parties to register interest in the following retail categories that may be included in the final in terminal retail precinct plan:
- Foreign exchange
- Australian experience or souvenirs
- Food and beverage that could be instore or kiosk
- General retail that could include technology, kids experience, toys, apparel, accessories, confectionery
Please note that interested parties can nominate for one category or multiple and WSA is happy to receive interest for categories that are not included above.

Registration of Interest for Project Management Services at WSI
An opportunity is now open for qualified parties to register their interest in providing Project Management services at Western Sydney International Airport Business Precinct Stage One (BPSO) Works Portion 1.
BPSO - Works Portion 1 will provide a mix of serviced super-lots, arterial road connections and an internal road network to facilitate the development of later stages, including warehousing, bulky goods and a hotel precinct, to serve the early requirements of the region and airport operations.
All proponents must be suitably qualified and have relevant local experience with comparable projects. Interested parties who can demonstrate experience delivering works at WSA, the surrounding WSEA or airport precincts generally, as well as delivering on behalf of state or federal government entities must contact wsibpsoprocurement@charterhall.com.au to register for the opportunity by 4pm on Friday, 15th November 2024. Only parties who can demonstrate suitable qualifications and experience may be invited to participate in a Request for Tender (RFT) process.
Ground Transport Opportunities – Kerbside/Car Park Branded Spaces and Kiosks
An exciting opportunity is now open for interested parties to submit offers for branded space and kiosks across the arrivals kerbside and car park areas at Western Sydney International Airport.
We are seeking submissions from Ground Transport operators to be inaugural partners with WSA to enhance our seamless customer arrivals experience. This is a rare opportunity to establish an exclusive, at terminal zone for pick-up, with dedicated signage and wayfinding to drive customers to your business. This includes:
- Two zones available for dedicated 24/7 access
- Taxi exclusive zone
- Rideshare exclusive zone
- Branded parking bays in premium parking location
